Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at sales@toplineconvertiblestore.com. Keep in mind that the return address will be supplied, and the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
The carrier is accountable for ensuring that merchandise arrives in good condition. For this reason, it is important to examine each package upon delivery, report any damages to the delivery person, and file a claim. If you discover any damage after the delivery, contact the carrier right away for an inspection. Remember to retain all parts of the package, including materials and invoices. Please feel free to reach out to us with any concerns. **Do not return damaged items to us!** Topline Convertible Specialists cannot replace merchandise that was damaged during transit if a damage claim has not been submitted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be informed once we have received and inspected your return, along with whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
